The brief

Tate is one of the top visitor attractions in the world. They have enlisted our help on many of their biggest shows over the past decade, and asked us to evolve and realise their brand across all sections of the organisation.

The solution

Our work for Tate covers exhibition design, advertising, marketing campaigns, branding projects, catalogues, books and merchandising for artists from Constable, Turner and Rousseau, to Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin and Gilbert & George.

The result

We have an implicit understanding of the Tate brand, and appreciate the balance and sensitivity required when artists collaborate with them, to ensure all parties retain their identities. We have successfully demonstrated this on more than 30 exhibitions. Nearly half a million paying visitors saw our 2012 exhibition design for Damien Hirst – the most successful show in Tate Modern's history.
