With this in mind, Rose developed a new brand strategy for Aguilar Castillo Love, with a distinctive brand positioning, defining them as the most established and experienced, law firm in Latin American markets. Rose then refreshed the logo and brand identity to reflect a respectful, modern evolution of a heritage brand with well established roots in the sectors and regions they operate in. Rose helped Aguilar Castillo Love craft a new tone of voice for their brand communications. We also helped them define a new creative direction for photography, signage, digital communications and advised on the look and feel of their offices, to reflect the informed, but personal and bespoke nature of the company.

Results 

Following the rebrand in 2016, Aguilar Castillo Love saw a significant increase in labour litigation cases, corporate restructurings, M&A transactions and company incorporations. Aguilar Castillo Love has also since expanded their operation into 4 additional countries and helped establish the AAEC, the leading association for in-house lawyers practising within Central America.
